Specialist Services for Vulnerable People

Specialist Services for Vulnerable People

Our services for vulnerable people are supplied for the benefit of solicitors (usually personal injury solicitors) and other people who are caring for a vulnerable person.

It applies in circumstances where that vulnerable person is:

  1. in receipt of a payment of compensation; and
  2. has a degree of mental incapacity such that the administration of their financial affairs is
overseen by the Court of Protection.

We can assist with applications to the Court of Protection and advise on the options available.
