Specialist Trust Property Services

Specialist Trust Property Services

The Specialist Trust Property Service is undertaken by a team within Wrigleys Solicitors based at our Sheffield Office.

It can often be appropriate to purchase property wholly or partially within a Personal Injury Trust where funds from a personal injury award are contrbuting to the purchase or being used to pay off a mortgage.

The Service is designed to enable residential property related legal issues to be addressed simply and efficiently, usually by post.

Individual clients, appointees of vulnerable people (such as a Receiver/Deputy) and other firms of solicitors using the Wrigleys Compensation Protection Service can benefit from our property related expertise.

We also have a dedicated website which explains our services in this area in more detail. Click here to visit our dedicated webpage for Specialist Property Services, for further details on Court of Protection and trust related transactions often with a disability aspect such as property adaptations for the disabled; as well as conventional transactional services and equity release.
