How does it work?

Mostly Postal or via email ...

The Compensation Protection Service is designed to be a streamlined and efficient way for clients or professional connections on behalf of their clients, to access high quality legal and administrative services. It is primarily designed to be postal or via email, for convenience and to keep costs down. It also aims to be as personal and as effective as other more traditional means of service delivery.

But you can meet us if you wish...

If you decide that you would like to meet us, this is perfectly understandable but there may be an extra cost for this. However, most of our clients and professional connections are happy with an email and postal service and find they do not need a meeting.

What if we are ever unhappy about something?

If there is anything that you are not entirely happy with then you should feel free to tell us. We are always seeking to make improvements to the services we offer.

Keeping you in charge...

The processes we use at the Compensation Protection Service are all designed to ensure that you will always be fully informed of the direction of matters.
