It is primarily designed to be postal or via email, for convenience and to keep costs down. It also aims to be as personal and as effective as other more traditional means of service delivery.
If you decide that you would like to meet us, this is perfectly understandable but there may be an extra cost for this. However, most of our clients and professional connections are happy with an email and postal service and find they do not need a meeting.
