Areas of practice:

Tracy specialises in cases involving the Court of Protection, personal injury trusts and asset protection for the young, elderly and vulnerable. Tracy previously acted in personal injury claims for both Claimant's and Defendant's for over 12 years.

Tracy works closely with clients who do not have capacity to manage their financial affairs and their families both during the litigation process and following settlement of the claim. She is also able to offer litigation support services for legal professionals.
